What is QuickMenu?

QuickMenu is a digital menu platform designed for restaurants, cafés, and food establishments. It allows you to create beautiful, mobile-friendly menus that your customers can access by scanning a QR code or visiting a direct link - no app download required.

How do I create my account?

Getting started is simple:

  1. Visit the QuickMenu website and click Get Started
  2. Enter your email address and create a password
  3. Verify your email address by clicking the link we send you
  4. Set up your restaurant profile with your restaurant name
  5. Start building your menu!

You'll receive a 30-day free trial of the Professional plan to explore all features.

How do I create my first menu?

After setting up your restaurant profile:

  1. Navigate to the Menu section in your dashboard
  2. Click Add Category to create menu sections (e.g., "Appetizers", "Main Courses", "Desserts")
  3. Within each category, click Add Item to add your dishes
  4. Fill in the item details:
    • Name and description
    • Price
    • Upload an image (optional but recommended)
    • Add labels for dietary info (Vegan, Gluten-Free, etc.)
    • List ingredients and allergens
  5. Your menu is automatically saved as you make changes

How do customers access my menu?

Customers can access your menu in two ways:

  1. QR Code: Print the QR code from your dashboard and place it on tables. Customers scan it with their phone camera.
  2. Direct Link: Share your unique restaurant URL (e.g., quickmenu.app/m/your-restaurant-abc123)

No app installation is required - the menu opens directly in any web browser.

How do I update my menu?

Changes to your menu appear instantly:

  1. Go to the Menu section
  2. Find the item or category you want to edit
  3. Click the edit button
  4. Make your changes and save

Your customers will see the updated menu immediately - perfect for daily specials or when items run out.

Can I mark items as unavailable?

Yes! Instead of deleting items that are temporarily unavailable:

  1. Go to the item you want to hide
  2. Toggle the Available switch off
  3. The item will be hidden from customers but remains in your system

This is useful for seasonal items or when you run out of ingredients.

What languages does QuickMenu support?

QuickMenu currently supports:

  • English
  • Italian

You can set your preferred language in your account settings. Your menu content can be written in any language you choose.

Is there a mobile app?

QuickMenu is a web-based application that works on any device with a web browser. There's no app to download - simply log in through your browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile to manage your menu.
