What plans does QuickMenu offer?

QuickMenu offers two plans:

Free Plan

  • Up to 10 menu items
  • Up to 10 categories
  • Up to 10 labels
  • Up to 15 ingredients
  • QR code generation
  • Basic analytics
  • Perfect for small menus or testing

Professional Plan

  • Unlimited menu items
  • Unlimited categories
  • Unlimited labels
  • Unlimited ingredients
  • Shopping basket feature
  • Custom brand color
  • Full analytics dashboard
  • Priority support

How much does the Professional plan cost?

Visit Settings > Billing in your dashboard to see current pricing. We offer:

  • Monthly billing: Pay month-to-month, cancel anytime
  • Annual billing: Save with yearly payment (discounted rate)

Prices are displayed in your local currency where available.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! When you create a new account, you get a 30-day free trial of the Professional plan. This lets you:

  • Try all features before committing
  • Set up your complete menu
  • Test the basket feature
  • Explore full analytics

No credit card required to start the trial.

What happens when my trial ends?

When your 30-day trial expires:

  1. Your account moves to the Free plan
  2. Your menu and data remain intact
  3. If you exceed Free plan limits, you'll be prompted to upgrade
  4. Professional features (basket, full analytics) become unavailable

You can upgrade to Professional at any time to continue using all features.

How do I upgrade to Professional?

To upgrade your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Upgrade to Professional
  3. Choose monthly or annual billing
  4. Enter your payment information
  5. Complete the checkout

Your Professional features activate immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods through Stripe:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • And other cards supported in your region

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

How do I update my payment method?

To change your payment information:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. This opens the Stripe billing portal
  4. Update your payment method there

How do I view my invoices?

To access your billing history:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. In the Stripe portal, view and download invoices

Invoices are also emailed to you after each payment.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Select Cancel Plan in the Stripe portal

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again after cancellation.

What happens when I cancel?

When your subscription ends:

  1. Your account moves to the Free plan
  2. All your data remains safe
  3. Your menu stays accessible
  4. Professional features become unavailable:
    • Shopping basket is disabled
    • Full analytics are limited
    • Custom branding is removed

If you're over the Free plan limits (e.g., more than 10 items), you can still view everything but can't add new content until you're under the limits or upgrade again.

Will I lose my data if I cancel?

No! Your data is safe:

  • Menu items remain in your account
  • Categories and organization stay intact
  • Images are preserved
  • You can re-subscribe later and everything is still there

We don't delete any of your content when you downgrade.

What are the Free plan limits?

The Free plan includes:

Resource Limit
Menu Items 10
Categories 10
Labels 10
Ingredients 15

If you reach these limits, you'll see a message prompting you to upgrade.

What if I exceed my plan limits?

During trial or Professional plan: No limits - add as much content as you need.

On Free plan:

  • You'll see a warning when approaching limits
  • At the limit, you can't add new items
  • Existing content remains visible and editable
  • Upgrade to add more

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're unsatisfied with QuickMenu:

  1. Email support@presto-menu.it
  2. Explain your situation
  3. We'll work with you to find a solution

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

Do you offer discounts?

We occasionally offer promotional discounts. Check the billing page for current offers.

Annual billing is always discounted compared to monthly.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing:

  • Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified (highest security standard)
  • We never see or store your card numbers
  • All transactions are encrypted
  • Stripe is trusted by millions of businesses worldwide

Your payment data is in safe hands.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes, you can change your billing cycle:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. In the Stripe portal, change your plan

When switching to annual, you'll typically receive a prorated discount. When switching to monthly, changes take effect at the next billing date.
